Nintendo announced it will be hosting its next Direct very soon, this time aimed exclusively at the Animal Crossing mobile game. North American viewers can catch it on Tuesday, Oct. 24th at 8 p.m. PT/11 p.m. ET on Nintendo’s own site. The Direct is expected to run for about 15 minutes.

This will be the first time we’ll really hear about this game, after getting delayed numerous times from its original  Autumn 2016 release.

The only things that have been shared so far, per a Nintendo press release, is that “it will be connected with the world of Animal Crossing for dedicated gaming systems” and it will be a pure game application akin to Fire Emblem Heroes instead of the Miitomo social aspect approach.

In regards to its pricing, it will also share Fire Emblem Heroes’ free-to-play model. Personally, I’m most curious to see how exactly it’ll connect to the Animal Crossing games for dedicated gaming systems and what it’ll affect.
